PARISH ASSEMBLY

Notice is hereby given that an Assembly of the Principals and Electors of the Parish of St Mary
will be held at St Mary’s Parish Hall on Monday 2 December 2024 at 7.00pm to conduct the
following business:

1. To receive and, if deemed advisable, approve the Minutes of a Parish Assembly on,
   30 August 2024.
2. Elect two Officiers du Connétable.
3. Presentation of Honorary Police Medals.
4. Ratify the appointment of officers elected at the St Mary Youth & Community AGM.
5. Receive the Accounts of the St Mary Youth & Community Centre

   webpage. Printed copies of the Accounts will be available at the Meeting and from the Parish
   Hall beforehand.
