St Mary’s Youth and Community Centre St Mary’s Youth and Community Centre benefits from an active Management Committee, a
Centre Manager, support from Parish Officials, and a thriving community that uses our
incredible facilities.

We are seeking a voluntary Secretary to sit on the Management Committee and undertake,
as per our Constitution, the following duties:
a) Take and keep minutes of meetings
b) Prepare the agenda for committee and general meetings in consultation with the Chair
c) In conjunction with the Chairman, deal with correspondence
d) Collect and circulate any relevant information amongst the members of the Committee.
