Honorary Secretary required for the Youth & Community Centre

St Mary’s Youth and Community Centre benefits from an active Management Committee, a Centre Manager, support form Parish Officials, and a thriving community that uses the incredible facilities.

They are seeking a voluntary secretary to sit on the Committee and undertake the following duties as per the constitution:

• Take and keep minutes of meetings

• Prepare the agenda for committee and general meetings in consultation with the Chair

• Deal with correspondence, in conjunction with the Chair

• Collect and circulate any relevant information among the Committee members
