PARISH ASSEMBLY

Notice is hereby given that an Assembly of the Principals and Electors of the Parish of St Mary will be held at St Mary’s Parish Hall on Monday 15th December 2025 at 7.30pm to conduct the following business:

• To receive and, if deemed advisable, approve the Minutes of the Parish Assemblies held on 26^th June, 2025 and 27^th August 2025.

• To appoint members of the Comité des Chemins for a term of three years to fill vacancies arising on 1^st January 2026.

• To appoint Inspecteurs des Chemins for Vingtaine du Nord and Vingtaine du Sud for a term of three years to fill vacancies arising on 1^st January 2026.

• To appoint two Rates Assessors for a term of three years to fill vacancies on the Rates Assessment Committee arising on 1^st January 2026.

• Ratify the appointment of officers elected at the St Mary Youth & Community Centre AGM.

• Receive the Accounts of the St Mary Youth & Community Centre.
