Dust off your cowboy hat and pull on those boots—because the Wild West is coming to St Mary’s!

This September, our parish is turning into a little slice of the American frontier with a night of food, music, and laughter for the whole family. Picture the sun setting, the smell of a hog roast filling the air, and the sound of country tunes drifting across the field as friends and neighbours come together for an evening that promises fun, flavour, and community spirit.

The Wild West Country Fest is more than just an event—it’s a chance to gather as a community, celebrate, and support the work of St Mary’s Youth and Community Centre. Every ticket sold helps the team continue to provide vital activities and opportunities for local families, young people, and parishioners.

Here’s what’s waiting on the trail:

• A mouth-watering hog roast by Classing Catering (vegetarian options too)
• Line dancing with the amazing Step 55—whether you’re a pro or a first-timer, you’ll be welcome on the floor
• Live music to keep the energy high all night long
• Hold tight for the bucking bronco challenge!
• A close up look at real tractors from Carres Farm
• Plenty of Western-themed games for all ages
• Drinks and refreshments from St Mary’s Country Inn available

• Adults: £25 (Full or Vegetarian Menu)
• Children under 12: £12.50
• Little ones under 2: Free
