Care Connect is offering a free health check for Parishioners to introduce themselves as a new nurse-led telecare service designed to reduced 999 calls and hospital admissions.
They will be at St Mary’s Parish hall on Wednesday 23 April 2025 between 9.30 and 14.30.
These complimentary sessions will include measurements of blood pressure, heart rhythm assessments, BMI evaluations, blood glucose testing and personalised general health advice – all provided by experienced nurses.
